Are you an “E-commerce Specialist” looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further! We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as E-commerce Specialists.
Job Responsibilities:
• Represent the company services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and implement sales tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work to call on existing and new potential merchants.
• Maintain working relationships to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
• Making daily reports to concerning manager.
• Identify merchants’ needs in the market by quarter to qualify the leads
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience.
Technical Skills:
• Ability to conduct thorough consumer research to understand the target audience, their needs, preferences, and pain points to help tailor sales strategies to meet customer demands effectively.
• Identifying and generating leads through various methods, including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Proficiency in using various e-commerce platforms and tools is essential to understand the technical aspects of the company’s e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting e-commerce data and generating meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in using specialized e-commerce analytics tools, such as sales analytics dashboards, inventory tracking systems, and A/B testing tools, helps make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
• A basic understanding of technical troubleshooting is beneficial for addressing minor e-commerce platform issues and liaising with the IT team for more complex problems.
• Exposure to Microsoft Excel.
• Proven contributor to a sales team with consistent achievement of sales quotas.
• Strong business development, account management and relationship management skills.
• Strong all-round communication skills.
• Previous experience in face-to-face meetings.
Languages:
• Acceptable command written and spoken English Language.
