Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

primary responsibilities will include:
1. Solution Design: Collaborate with the client’s various departments to understand their business needs and goals, and design workflows for CRM & ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 that align with those objectives.
2. Implementation: Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
3. Customization: Customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements by configuring entities, workflows, forms, and views, and by writing custom code if necessary.
4. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support their adoption of the CRM system. Address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing support as needed.
5. Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system. Create data migration plans and execute data import/export tasks.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive CRM & ERP solutions.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
8. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem to offer the best solutions to clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, or Information Technology).
• Proven experience in customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP.
• Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, business processes, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies like ERP Finance and operations and related solutions is beneficial
