Job Location : Marassi (North Coast)
About the job:
• Coordinate all activities related to managing documents procedures.
• Input document data in to a log sheet ensuring information is accurate and updated.
• Maintain updated records and status of all documents.
• Maintain filing system and control logs as required by the project.
• Generate various reports as required.
• Receive and distribute documents accordingly.
Job qualifications :
• Bachelor degree in any discipline .
• Good Command of English language.
• Excellent command of MS office
• Well organized.
• Good in communication skills
