Fawry Microfinance is hiring “Digital Finance Team Leader” (Tele sales Team Leader) with the below qualifications:

Education:
University Degree, Bachelor of Business Administration, commerce, economics

Prior Work Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in Microfinance / FMCG/ Banking “Preferable”
1-2 Years of Experience as a team leader is a must.
Language Proficiency:
Intermediate to fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.

Job Description brief:
The digital finance team leader is the staff whose role is to supervises and coordinates the daily activities of digital finance representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone to obtain excellent records in call quality and sales delivery

1- Evaluate sales records periodically, Achieves team portfolio & Sales target with quality standards
2- Preparing and delivering reports to the management
3- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting
4- Appraise & Monitor performance of sales team, give suggestions, reward or award punishment
