WE Data is hiring “Data Integration Senior Specialist”
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Architect Data Integration Solutions:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data integration requirements and business objectives.
• Design and architect scalable and efficient data integration solutions that align with business needs.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate data integration tools, technologies, and platforms.
2. Develop and Implement Data Integration Solutions:
• Develop, configure, and deploy data integration workflows and processes.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data mapping, data modeling, and data transformation activities.
3. Web Service Development:
• Design and develop web services using REST and SOAP protocols for data integration.
• Implement API endpoints for data retrieval, data submission, and data synchronization.
• Ensure adherence to RESTful principles and standards for efficient and secure communication.
4. Performance Optimization and Monitoring:
• Identify and resolve data integration performance issues, bottlenecks, and data quality problems.
• Monitor and optimize data integration processes to ensure efficient and timely data delivery.
• Implement proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential data integration risks and issues.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including data analysts, data engineers, and business users, to understand data integration requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Document data integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to users on data integration tools and processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or any related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in data integration tools and technologies (e.g., Talend, Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Data Integrator, SSIS, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and relational databases.
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation languages, including experience with Teradata SQL.
• Experience in working with Teradata Vantage database for data integration and analytics.
• Experience in designing and developing ETL workflows using Talend.
• Experience in designing and developing web services using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Familiarity with API development frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
