Responsibilities:
· Handle customer/applicant queries personally.
· Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing.
· Effectively resolve customer problems and ensuring satisfaction.
· Providing information and support regarding products or services offered by the company.
· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
· Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
· Customer Service is Experience or Training is Preferred
