Customer Service Agent, Company located in Maadi
1- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
2- Respond promptly to customer inquiries handle and resolve
3- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
4- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
5- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1- Social and Medical insurance
2- 2 days off
3- Full Paid Training Period
1- Bachelor’s Degree at least
2- Preferred to have 0-1 year experience in customer service
3- Communication skills verbal and written listening skills
4- Problem analysis and problem solving
5- Attention to detail and accuracy data collection and ordering customer service orientation adaptability
