Operational Responsibilities:
o Client Acquisition & CRM:
Identify and target potential corporate clients interested in car leasing solutions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential clients.
Build and maintain a robust prospect database.
Understand the specific needs and objectives of corporate clients.
o Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest car models, lease options, and industry trends.
Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and compliance standards.
o Sales Targets & Presentations:
Set and achieve sales targets and goals to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Clearly explain lease terms and conditions.
Prepare lease contracts and documentation accurately.
Financial Responsibilities:
o Product Knowledge:
– Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to car leasing and sales.
o Sales Targets & Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
– Highlight the advantages of car leasing, including cost savings, flexibility, and convenience.
– Ensure all necessary legal and financial requirements are met.
– Continuously track and report on sales performance.
• Team Management Responsibilities:
o Staff Management:
– Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth lease processing.
– Train staff in new and existing procedures and develop work schedules.
Customer Services Responsibilities:
o Client Acquisition & CRM:
– Offer expert advice and consultation on car leasing options and benefits.
– Tailor lease proposals to meet the unique requirements of each client.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
– Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and contracts.
o Product Knowledge:
– Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about available vehicles and features.
o Sales Targets & Presentations:
– Negotiate lease terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Years of Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field
Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive leasing, renting or a related industry.
