“Construction Site Manager “is required for a reputable hospitality company located in Downtown.
Responsibilities:
· Assume responsibility for the overall management and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
· Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
· Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of construction excellence.
·Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams, to facilitate seamless project execution.
· Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
· Champion a culture of safety and compliance by enforcing adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
· Implement proactive measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and environmental incidents.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site management role within the construction industry, preferably in hospitality or tourism-related projects.
· Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Fluency in English is a must.
