Compensation Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, disability, and nontaxable wages.
2. Create any pay slips or HR Letters requested and ensure the compliance to the request cycle.
3. Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests & resolve employees’ complaint related to the payroll system each month.
4. Handle all medical Insurance procedures such as Renewal Process, issuing & cancelling medical cards, medical claims, medical approvals.
5. Publish any announcement related to the company (e.g, policies, new projects, new commers, Employee of the Month ….).
6. Screen corporate offers; negotiate prices, discounts, terms of the deal to constitute an exclusive offer as well as researching and comparing the current benefits schemes with the market practices. (e.g. Healthcare providers, gym, catering, team building activities, ….)
7. Participate in any other projects according to business needs.

Qualifications:
– Experience in the same role 3 – 5 years.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
– Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws.
– Proficient in Microsoft office.
– Payroll Workshop.
– Excellent command of English Language.
– Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.
– Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
