Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Qualifications:
– Job Evaluation and Compensation Management skills
– Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
– Knowledge of compensation & benefits laws and regulations
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, etc.)
– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or related field
In addition to the above skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role will be able to work in a team, organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in working with (SAP, Excel and PowerPoint).
Construction or related industry would be an added advantage.
