City Team Leader (Cairo)
For our Mobile accessories Brand Oraimo.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Determine the monthly sales target and placement target, decompose the target to SR , and key work plan.
2)Supervise the daily work of the SR team, such as store visits, material display, order feedback, etc.
3) Develop regional planning, including RD quantity, RT quantity, oraimo store quantity, oraimo zone quantity, SR quantity;
4) Assist RD to communicate with core customers and negotiate favorable resources (such as main promotion policies, image positioning, promotional resources, etc.);
5) Responsible for the development and management of RD in the region, Regularly update RD PSI data and help RD place goods.
6) Develop monthly SR training plan and performance improvement plan, etc.

Requirements:
•Must have at least 3-year of experience In smart accessories ,Dealing with IR Retiles .
•Very Good command of written and spoken English.
