**Chief of Legal Affairs (CLO) – رئيس شؤون قانونية**
Specialist and leader who advises the firm’s other executives and board members on any key legal and regulatory concerns the company has, such as lawsuit threats. They are responsible for overseeing a company’s legal department, leading in-house attorneys, providing guidance on key legal and regulatory matters, and reducing legal risks.
Requirements:
-knowledge of international law and business
-Very good command of English
-Previous experience in the same field

-Internal Audit
-Regulatory Matters
-Subpoenas
-Non-Disclosure Agreements
-Service Agreements
-Compliance Issues
-Regulatory Issues
