* Responsibilities:
-Designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions, and crafting strategies that meet our business goals. Ultimately, you will secure our long-term growth by leading all training, talent acquisition and career development activities.
– Setting up “HR planning”, “Organizational and Development”, and “Benefits & Compensation” including. Oversee HR policies and standards, HR procedures and processes including HRM, HRD, TA and GA ,Liaise between people, top management, and organizational goals, Advocating people, values, and culture, Initiating people-oriented program.
– Design, implement and improve retention and career development plans.
-Maintain workplace and safety standards.
-Maintain performance management.
-Ensure our hiring and on-boarding procedures are effective for diverse group.
-Maintain employer branding (inbound and recruitment marketing).
-Serve as an employee advocate, mediator, mentor, and coach.
-Initiate learning and development program.,
-Observe and maintain HR procedures and tools effectiveness.
