CEO Personal Assistant
Work Location: Heliopolis
*Job Description
-Manage and maintain the CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
-Make travel arrangements for CEO.
-Conduct regular diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements and invitations and all other requests for the CEO’s time.
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
-Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
-Work on delegated projects and research as directed to support the CEO.
-Schedule meetings between the CEO and their direct reports and the committees and groups of which they are a member
-Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
-Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
-Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files.
-Meet and greet CEO’s guests and ensure they are looked after
*Job Requirements
-From 10 to 15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
-Degree in business administration or relative field. MBA is a must.
-Comprehensive understanding of office management and Public Relations.
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
-Exceptional planning and time management skills.
-Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
-Integrity and confidentiality.
Fri & Sat Off- Working hours from 9 to 5 with flexibility to stay longer if needed and as per the CEO Agenda
