We are seeking a Junior Business Application Consultant to join our team. As a Junior Business Application support, you will assist with implementing and supporting business software applications for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, gathering requirements, and designing and configuring software solutions to meet those requirements. You will also provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure the successful adoption and use of the software.
Responsibilities:
1. Offering initial diagnostic and investigative services.
2. Examine and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics problems throughout all the companies.
3. Offering technical assistance to teams both inside the company and, if needed, to outside clients.
4. Providing second- and third-line support until the incident is resolved
5. Updating and maintaining technical manuals and protocols.
6. Collaborating in multidisciplinary groups.
7. User communication includes updating users on the status of incidents, alerting them to upcoming changes.
8. Creating documentation and knowledge transfer with the team.
9. Manage user security and policies for the users in Microsoft Dynamics.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates from Business administration, computer science, information systems , communication engineering, English commerce , business technology , business information systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to quickly learn new software applications
