– Manage the sales team.
– Handle all the issues in the branch.
-Marketing branch within the community to attract business.
– Monitor and record team attendance and shifts schedule.
-Monitor the sales targets and performance of the employees
#Requirements
– Strong communication skills along with active listening.
– Bachelor Degree.
-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
-Assists team members when needed to accomplish branch goals.
– Experience from 1 to 3 years in same position.
-Focused on customer service.
