Paymob is hiring “Backoffice Specialist”
Job Description:
· Support customers through e-mailing and web chatting.
· Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
· Communicate positively with all involved parties to facilitate customers’ reception of the expected distinguished service.
· Solve Merchant’s technical issues.
· Follow up with Sales agent and customer service, other parties.
· Follow up with the banks and partners.
· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum experience is 2 years as back-office specialist
· Previous experience in customer service is a plus
· Strong analytical thinking as well as problem solving skills; proven ability to apply quantitative data analysis techniques to improve work processes
· Strong skill in MS applications
