“Area Sales Manager” is required for international tobacco manufacturing company located in Giza
Responsibilities:
· Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
· Direct, solve supervisor’s problems and any customer issues related to the area under their supervision.
· Approve updates of customers’ lists and removal of non-active customers from the routes.
· Review monthly KPIs’ report and ensure all team’s KPIs are met.
· Perform periodic field visits with the purpose of evaluating and reporting the sales team’s performance and the market situation.
· Analyze sales activities and determine growth & cost cut opportunities.
· Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Follow up on commercial marketing equipment (displays at customers) and periodically report their status
· Achieve sales targets per Brand and per SKU.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· English level: Very Good
· 5-7 years of experience in FMCG industry is a must
· Previous experience in a similar title
