“After Sales Network Supervisor”
Responsibilities:
•ASC network expansion plan.
•Implement the monthly ASP & SSC compensation claims.
•Review the warranty claims documents.
•Weekly ASP, and ASC visits to review the weekly performance.
•Deliver ASP, ASC performance evaluation report.
•Deliver the ASP, ASC daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
•Terminate the ASP or ASC weak performance.
•Auditing the finical account balance of our partners
•Responsible to train the new ASP, and ASC staff on our CRM system
•Responsible to report the CRM system deviation
•Responsible to manage the daily dispatched service request to our partners ASP & ASC.
•Conduct operational audit as per schedule approved by CM Service.
•Supervise the service network.
•Make sure that all staff members are familiar with the SPI system, and company procedures, and also make it possible to easily access them.
•Contracting and certifying external service partners where needed.
•Maintain a complete record of ASC complaints, Bills, final payments, agreements, etc. & resolve any dispute of payment between ASC & CSC if any.
•Make sure that all the reports are sent to CM Service on time and error-free.
•Define the terms and conditions with these service partners.
•Implementing digital solutions of service for the service centers.
•Implementing new service offers and business models.
•Follow-up training progress for service centers.
•Develop the service in the network.
•develop the technical process of service solutions together with participating business units.
•Analysis of the market potential.
• Highlight the service system problem and arrange corrective for Service Centre.
Requirements:
•BA/BS degree or equivalent.
•Solid experience in operating the after-sales network is a must.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Very good English skills.
•Clear military status.
•Only Egyptians.
