“Admin-deputy General Manager “required for a multinational government and diplomatic services company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
• Procure landline, video conferencing, and cell phone communication equipment.
• Evaluate vendor performance and conduct commercial negotiations. Ensure timely payments to vendors and landlords.
• Ensure timely insurance and renewal of property and premises.
• Maintain proper accounting and documentation as per internal and external audit requirements.
• Oversee major refurbishment projects. Monitor refurbishment costs, progress, and completion of infrastructure projects.
• Maintain registers for office equipment and a memorandum of assets for furniture and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 by managing power, AC systems, generators, and amenities like water.
• Document assets to assist finance with reconciliation in SAP.
• Submit admin-related MIS reports and monthly expenditure reports on stationery, refreshments, etc.
• Liaise with missions for provisioning facilities management at their end.
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Adhere to the organization’s environment, health, and safety policy/objectives and guidelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience.
• Technical engineering experience is a must.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent English is a must.
