A Multinational company is hiring now Admin Assistant
– Giza and October Residents only can Apply
-Location: 6th industrial Zone – October.
– Working hours: 9:5
– (Friday & Saturday) off.
– Transportation provided

Responsibilities:
-In charge of procurement (office supplies, stationeries, uniform, transportation, catering, printings & business cards).
-Organizing (trips, hotel booking, air tickets booking, conferences & events).
-Managing the admin budget (Uniform, transportation, staff accommodation, business travel, telephone {land line & Mobile}, Sundry expenses, stationery, courier, hospitality & advertising).
-Providing general office support such as, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, telephone answering, shipping and receiving of samples and general firm supplies, filing of documents, maintain a tidy and respectable office
-Purchase general office supplies & provide general assistance at events and tradeshows that we may be involved in.




Requirements :
-Females only.
-Excellent Command in English.
-Excellent Command in MS Office Application.
-Bachelor Degree.
-Experience : 1-2 years.
