Job Title: Accountant
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor degree of Commerce – English section is a must.
– 0 -3 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1- Review and verify invoices using three ways matching for accurate booking.
2- Track and follow open advance payments till creating the GRN and closing.
3- Reconcile with suppliers on a regular basis.
4- Assist the treasury team by providing clear and reconciled SOA before releasing any payment.
5- Prepare analysis of accounts.
6- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
7- Produce monthly reports as required.
8- Provide supporting documents for audits.
