Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire MEP site activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
Review design submissions and construction drawings to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.
Lead the site execution teams across all MEP disciplines, ensuring smooth integration of works.
Coordinate between subcontractors, consultants, the main contractor, and the client to resolve site issues promptly.
Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, materials delivery, and overall site progress.
Conduct site inspections, attend technical meetings, and drive the project towards successful completion.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing MEP works in the UAE or G
