Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer – Job Responsibilities:
Review design and supervise HVAC systems, including cooling load distribution, ductwork layouts, and chilled water systems.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to HVAC systems.
Lead the site execution team to ensure installation is in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve technical conflicts and site constraints.
Support the testing, commissioning, and balancing activities for HVAC systems.
Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and Gulf country regulations is preferred.
Candidates with knowledge of UAE/Gulf standards and authority procedures are preferred.

Plumbing Engineer – Job Responsibilities :
Review design and supervise plumbing and drainage systems for residential and commercial projects.
Review shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and plumbing material submittals.
Lead the site execution team to carry out plumbing installations as per project specifications and authority regulations.
Monitor pressure testing, inspections, and ensure quality workmanship in all piping systems.
Coordinate plumbing works with electrical, HVAC, and civil activities on-site.
Knowledge of Gulf region plumbing standards and local authority requirements is an asset.
Candidates with knowledge of UAE/Gulf standards and authority procedures are preferred.
