CCTV ENGINEER
ROLES AND RESPONCABILTIY
• Installation and commissioning of CCTV Systems
• Maintenance and fault calls on and CCTV Systems.
• Installation and testing of Structured Cabling Systems
• Ensure the highest quality of workmanship at all times
• Interfacing with other systems and sub-contractors, in particular but not limited to Access Control, Building Intelligence and Fire and Intruder alarm services and other life safety systems.
• Define the best position and angel of the camera installation.
• Understand the client requirement and camera coverage zone
Essential Requirements
• Demonstrable knowledge of CCTV installation outdoor
• Demonstrable knowledge of commissioning CCTV systems.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Structured Cabling Systems
• Demonstrable knowledge of IP Networking and a good IT competence
• Demonstrable knowledge of Radio and telecommunications connectivity
• Understanding of the interfacing requirements between CCTV systems and a buildings Access Control, Intelligence and Life Safety Systems.
• Knowledge of both open protocol and closed protocol systems.
• Knowledge of different type of compression and other Cameras Technical specification
• Good attention to detail and accuracy while completing documentation.
• Working knowledge of current and prevalent CCTV standards.
• Flexible approach to working location and times.
• Good experience on video analytic solution
• Building and configuring DB for Different analytic function
• Arabic / English speaking – writing

CCTV TECHNICIAN
ROLES AND RESPONCABILITY
• Installing, mounting, and troubleshooting IP cameras
• Running, troubleshooting, terminating, and connecting cables
• Connecting and configuring IP cameras
• installing and connecting Camera related components
• ability to work on heights (between 12-30 meters)
• telecommunications knowledge
• Performed appropriate measurements for installation purposes.
qualification
• Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems
• Knowledge of the tools used for installation purposes
• Knowledge of cabling (fiber optic and UTP )
• Cable and connector testing
• Cabin installation
