Job Description:
Design Drawings Development
Prepare and review architectural drawings for various projects.
Translate conceptual sketches into accurate and presentable digital models.
Renderings:
Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Utilize rendering software to produce photorealistic images for client presentations.
Project Management Assistance.
Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining documentation.
Proficient in Rhino3D, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software for drafting and modeling.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of professional experience in architecture or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SketchUp, Rhino3D, and Revit (or equivalent software).
Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and drafting standards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Language: Proficient in English
