Supervision on the cash needs in EGP & foreign currencies to financing the outstanding and backlogs projects.
Keeping bank relationships and assisting bank credit teams during the annual review of facilities and financial statements analysis.

Dealing with banks daily.
Reconciling intercompany accounts with sister companies

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance .
· 2-5 years of experience in A/R
· Preferred to have experience in Fintech.
· ERP Knowledge (preferred AX Dynamics).
· Superior spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Report to the HR Director and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preparing the monthly payroll sheet and calculating the income tax and other legal deductions.
Handle all recruitment processes, posting, HR interviews, handle technical interviews with the department’s director, and send the job offer.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, 3 years of which in a similar HR role; preferably in the telecommunication industry.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (oral and written).
Proficient in MS Office.
Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Strong knowledge of tax, wage laws, and payroll procedures.
High sense of ownership and customer orientation.

Position Purpose:
• Reconciling daily cash submissions from the various departments in the hotel and for consolidating the bank deposits daily.

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all cash-handling employees have adequate monetary change throughout their work shifts.
• Performing house bank audits as required by the Company’s policies and procedures to ensure the safeguarding of all hotel cash.
• Count and verify daily cash receipts that are submitted from individual cashiers.
• Document the reconciliation of all cash receipts to the PMS system and complete or assist in the completion of the daily cash over and short report.
• Consolidate and prepare the daily bank deposits in a timely manner.
• Provide monetary change to personnel. Issue due-backs to hotel cashiers as required.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by department Manager.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 3-5 years’ experience in the same position
• Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, and E-mail
