1-Get full project brief from customer.
2-Prepare master data file including all data requires

4- Set up a meeting with quality to check on quality requirements and risk assessment of project (get the MSDS of the RM to check any special requirements for storage, micro, HSE/safety requirements)
5- Set up meeting with production team take the activities (pack size, volume, process, MOM, size, packaging details etc.)
6- Compile the details and share with finance team to work on costing
