7-To prepare a list of the potential claims/variations (those related to qty or drawings complexity for each project).
8-Differentiate between the main scope and variations qty’s and to keep the proper supporting documents for each type.
9-To assign the proper Cost codes for each project and to check the proper implementation from Engineering team.
10-Check supplier invoices and compare it with the claimed qty’s from client.
11-Prepare the final quantifications and close the final PO value with Project management department and client.
12-Attend client meeting for discussing the method of measurements for each project.

Human Resources Generalist

Is needed to be hired in Alex apparels readymade garments in the free zone, Alexandria
Job description:
Follow up on the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system “Fingerprint machine”
Follow-up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees’ vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
Controlling the vacation system and tracking the vacation balance of all employees
Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
Responsible for handling personnel tasks that require labor law and insurance background such as leaves validation, insurance office interaction, work permit
Handles all leave approvals and validations in reference to the internal and law regulations
Handles all insurance activities including representing the company in front of the Egyptian insurance authority
Receives hiring documents from employees and prepares contracts and hiring documents to be signed by eligible employees.
Updates the social insurance tracking sheet with monthly changes (e.g. Contracted employees, Leavers, forms received and sent to Raya Holding)
Follows up with the employees who are socially insured by other organizations till they finalize their cases
Answers employees’ inquiries regarding their contracts, renewals, social insurance, medical insurance
job requirement:
4-7 years of experience preferred in Textile/garments
Very Good Command of English
Excellent computer skills special in MS Excel
Bachelor’s Degree.
HR studies/ diploma is a plus.
Good Communication skills
Leadership skills
Planning skills.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of senior management and subject matter experts.
– Result oriented with the ability to drive a cross-functional team towards the desired outcome.
– Creative, problem solving with a proactive mindset and intellectual curiosity with attention to details.

Preferable:

– Big 4 experience or other consulting experience is a plus.
