Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing & monitoring the execution of design projects across all design stages, including concept design, schematic design, detailed design, permits documents preparation, marketing kit preparation and Issue for construction documents.
• Assist in managing the design consultants, and review consultant drawings & documents submissions to ensure compliance with the development / design brief, project requirements, standards, regulations & codes.
• Support during the construction stage, including responding to contractors’ RFIs and solving design conflicts, in coordination with the in-house design team & assigned consultants.
• Review and assess invoices submitted by consultants against progress of work / design milestones & approving release of payments in coordination with the Finance team.
• Lead the process of preparing the project technical reports (as required), and advice with any corrective action that can be taken to enhance the production works.
• Communication & Collaboration with Design Consultants and Authorities regarding the projects’ technical issues.

• Have strong technical and analytical proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a team environment.
• Be completely aware of regulations and local / international buildings codes and architectural standards.
• Have excellent command of English written & spoken.
• Have In depth knowledge of architectural products, tools, material and specifications needed.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD), document management and project / technical management.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have leadership skills and is a team-work oriented.
