Location: Egypt, Ain El Sokhna

Job Responsibilities
Execute the maintenance plan and follow maintenance schedule to make equipment ready for run. Modify, Replacement and maintenance of equipment to reduce the major effect and breakdown, identify potential troubleshoot on process to improve reliability, also sustain quality of maintenance and safety.

§ Supervises the day-to-day operations of Mechanical Maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
§ Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
§ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties in order to ensure reliable and full life operation of equipment.
§ Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment from gaining agreement to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal.
§ Hire, train, monitor, discipline, evaluate and develop employees. Assist subordinates with diagnosing and remedying difficult problems. Enforce organizational policies and employee rules of conduct to prepare a competent maintenance staff.
§ Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to fulfil business needs and company plans.
§ Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics to reduce downtime and assist production department in both refinery and packing in achieving their correspondent targets.
§ Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities to reach the agreed KPI’s.
§ Contribute to minimizing the losses in the production process and reducing expenses through aiding in identifying and defining the losses, leading/participating in pillars, and identifying, measuring, and achieving departmental KPIs.
§ Support in the implementation of all the AM & PM Activities as per job requirements.

Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
§ 8-10 years relevant experience in Mechanical Maintenance including at least 3 years in Sugar field
