Contracting Engineer is needed to be hired in a Real Estate Development Company in Alexandria
– Receive contract requests from different sites and departments and draft them contractually
– Act as the key contact point with the Subcontractors initial discussions to project delivery
– Discuss, review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
– Identify risks plans
– Ensure identification, documentation, and submission of claims & variations
– Review contract variation orders, estimate budgets, and review contractor’s payment
