تعلن شركه رويال المنيا للأسمنت عن فتح وظفيه : مهندس مشتريات
عدد سنوات الخبره المطلوبه : من 3 إلي 6 سنوات و يفضل في مجال التصنيع
التعليم: بكالوريوس الهندسة (يفضل الجامعات الحكومية)
المهام الوظيفيه :
استلام طلبات الشراء وجمع البيانات المطلوبة عن المواصفات الفنية للطلب والتواصل مع الموردين المحليين والأجانب
إعداد جداول المقارنة بين العروض المتاحة وشروط التفاوض مع الموردين مثل السعر وجودة البضائع وتواريخ التسليم وشروط الدفع
إعداد ومعالجة أوامر الشراء والمستندات المطلوبة وفقاً لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها واعتماد طلب الشراء من مدير المشتريات
متابعة استلام الطلبات في المستودعات واستلام تقرير من الدائرة المختصة بالفحص الفني بأن الطلب يطابق المواصفات الفنية واستلامه في الوقت المحدد
متابعة سداد طلبات الشراء لدى الإدارة المالية حسب مواعيد السداد المتفق عليها مع الموردين
معالجة ومتابعة طلبات عيوب الطلبيات الواردة من الموردين والأجزاء الناقصة
إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية لأوامر الشراء وتقارير الاستلام
