3- Raise RFI’s accordingly seeking client clarification or approval.
4- Checking stock availability both sites and reserve material for common items.
5- Send all reserved material to store asking for physical check mill name MTC and country of origin.
6- Prepare the PR and shipments.
7- Fill in all ordering data on work order status report.
8- Follow up with procurement with all the changes as per market availability until placing the orders and modify the PR accordingly.
9- Check E&I drawing.
10- Create item description for procuring purpose either electrical, instrumentation, mechanical.
11- ensure the possibility amending the PRs with provided quotations.
12- Checking the TBE provided by designer for each project.
