Network Technical support is required for Gazayerli Group Egypt
Responsibilities for Network technical support
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
Good knowledge in firewall (FortiGate).
Good knowledge of PBX and Grand Stream, VOIP solutions.
Good knowledge of wireless solutions (Aruba AP).
Troubleshooting exchange mail server and office365.
Troubleshoot hardware and software.
Provide daily documentation through a ticketing system.
Perform or delegate regular backup operations and good knowledge of security, NAS storage, (QNAP).
Must understand basic Computer Networking protocols; DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
Good knowledge in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
Good knowledge of network administration, or system administration experience.
Good knowledge of RAID technology and redundancy concept.
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies Hyper-V.
Qualifications for Network technical support

· Proficiency with fundamental UI development technologies such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript with its modernES6+ and Typescript.
· Proficiency with Front-end frameworks such as Angular 2+ is a must.
· Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
· Solid Experience in Unit-Testing tools like Jasmine, Jest or Cypress
