Monitoring all products distribution for allover warehouses.
Tracking inventories throughout the supply chain and provide transaction/inventory status to top management.
Monitoring inventory levels for efficient working capital management and identification of excess and obsolete materials.
Conducting scientific office and distribution department to ensure effective sales forecast and stock management.
Handling the ordering process for new products and ensure its timely availability for launch, taking into consideration the price approval and regulatory timelines, ensuring the best possible remaining shelf.
