1. 5-8 years of IT hands on experience, Serve as part from supporting/Service team for troubleshooting, resolution of the front office related devices in a 1500-user environment (ERP Solutions, Desktops, Laptops, Fax’s, Printers, MFP, Mobiles, CCTV, End Point HW & SW, Voice (PBX, Panasonic)).
2. Call logging, assigning of calls, report generation and reviewing of Tickets raised
3. Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience in supporting multi windows and VMware Operating Systems.
4. Set up workstations, laptops, etc… for employees; configured systems, ensured network connectivity, and installed and tested hardware and software.
5. Provides support to end-users by troubleshooting and repairing tickets, incidents, problems according to SLA. Work with Virtual Service Desk & Call Center to build Tracks & Logs as part from Knowledge management.
6. Have a very god set of soft skills such as communication, negotiations and presentation
7. Familiar with engineering software such CAD and SolidWorks
8. Familiar with endpoint management and security, multisite and remote support
9. Familiar with enterprise IT environment that includes domain environment, policies, remote users, enterprise solutions
10. The role will involve Building, maintaining, tracking and managing of the IT Assets Inventory
11. Develop policies and procedure that serve and align with the organizational trends
12. Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Professional Solution is essential
13. In alignment with IT management develop KPI’s, measure performance, set bench marks and standards
14. Certified ITIL V3/4 & Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
General Terms:
Education Background: Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering equivalent.
