➢ Coordination: Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and vendors to translate business information needs and functional
requirements to technical vision
➢ Daily Operations Management: Performs Business Analysis daily operations, Ensure meeting the required deadlines.
➢ Requirement: Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business
process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and task/workflow analysis and produce a completed business requirements & Gap analysis.
➢ Documentation: Create and document for any new implemented solution users’ guidelines and/or quick references.
➢ Testing: Perform unit testing and manage/support End Users Testing (UAT).
