Sales Distribution Specialist

A big company is looking for Sales Distribution Specialist.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure proper supply in all branches and stockers to avoid Out Of Stock.
· Report Stocks DOI (Days of Inventory) on daily basis and highlight Out Of Stock risk if any.
· Issue CC/RRP distribution daily plan for all branches and stockers.
· Ensure Stocks availability for all stockers on time for Stock Transfer Order.
· Liaise with the Sales, Finance & Warehouses Teams to create the Stock Transfer Order on SAP.
· Checks the required goods for stockers VS stockers’ deposited amounts and adjust orders if needed.
· Coordinate frequency of shipments and date of loading for all branches and stockers.
·Monitor and follow up on RRP Incoming shipments.
· Analyze and resolve delivery/shipments issues to ensure shipment plan is realized.
· Follow up with finance /customs clearance teams for RRP shipments arrival on time and highlight risks if any.
· Other tasks assigned by direct manager

A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze finished products assuring strict compliance with standards prior to the release and report results with conformity statement
• Perform physical testing and chemical analysis of different pharmaceutical dosage forms including Tablets and Capsules
