value in monthly basis.
5-Review the monthly Invoicing after preparation by invoicing team
and to be sure that the main scope and variations are invoiced
separately.
6-Review the Drawings to validate weight and scope upon issuance
of the drawings from Engineering.
7-To prepare a list of the potential claims/variations (those related
to qty or drawings complexity for each project.
8-Differentiate between the main scope and variations qty’s and to
keep the proper supporting documents for each type.
9-To assign the proper Cost codes for each project and to check
the proper implementation from Engineering team.
10-Check supplier invoices and compare it with the claimed qty’s
from client.
11-Prepare the final quantifications and close the final PO value
with Project management department and client.
12-Attend client meeting for discussing the method of
measurements for each project.

9- مسئول عن الاشراف علي اعمال البوفيه .
10- شراء مستلزمات وادوات الصيانة المطلوبة ومراجعتها ورفعها للاعتماد
11- التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات والمخازن لضمان توفير المستلزمات والأدوات اللازمة لإدارة وصيانة المبني .
12- إدارة عمليات الصيانة المباني ويحافظ علي إتباع السياسات والمعايير الموضوعة.
13- العمل علي استيفاء المواصفات التفصيلية لمشروعات أعمال الصيانة الكبيرة والصيانة الطارئة للمبني .
14- يتابع أعمال شركات الصيانة المتعاقد معها لصيانة المبني لضمان القيام بأعمال الصيانة المطلوبة طبقاً لجداول الصيانة وفي المواعيد المقررة وبالجودة المطلوبة والمواصفات المقررة ويرفع التقارير عنها لرئيس الشئون الهندسية والمدير المسئول عن المبني
15- عمل نظام كامل لمعلومات الصيانة والنظافة وتدوين بياناتها وتحديثها أولاً بأول.
16- مسئول عن أعمال التسميد للمزروعات الطبيعية واعمال مكافحة الحشرات والقوارض داخل وخارج المبني.
17- مسئول عن الأشراف العام علي نظافة المبني من الداخل والخارج وعمليات النظافة العميقة والدوريه
18- يتلقي الشكاوى والملاحظات من العاملين بالمبني ويقوم بعمل اللازم علي وجه السرعه ويعمل على تلافي الأعطال والملاحظات والتنسيق الدائم لضمان الحفاظ علي المبني .
19- اعداد ونشر وتحديث التعليمات والاجراءات التي تضمن حفاظ العاملين علي المبني والمرافق.
20- إعداد ميزانية المصروفات الشهرية ورفعها للاعتماد.
21- يقوم بتنفيذ ما يكلف به من أعمال ترتبط بواجبات وأهداف وطبيعة وظيفته.
رابعاً : شروط شغل الوظيفة
• مؤهل مناسب
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ( ٣) سنوات في أعمال الصيانة والتسهيلات الفنية.
• مهارات إشرافية عالية واداراك تام لاهمية الوقت وادارته
• مهارات تواصل
• الإلمام الجيد باستخدام الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقاته في مجال العمل.
