Job description :-
– Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.

Job location: Cairo office.

Responsibilities
•Advice and support on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and procurement contracts and other legal documents.
•Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.
•Monitoring local legislation and informing businesses about its implications
•Responsible for engaging and managing of external legal counsels.
•Proactively identify and address legal issues in a pragmatic and risk-based fashion.
•Supporting claims team for handling any major litigation/ dispute in Egypt.
•Working effectively with other departments and functions such as Finance, Tax, Compliance, etc.
•Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in law English Section
•Fluency in English is a must.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience.
•Solid experience with general corporate, regulatory, and commercial legal issues.
•Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts.
•Ability to find solutions to complex issues.
