Responsible for acquiring new payroll companies within the assigned Area/ Branch maintaining a long term professional relationship with the company to achieve pre-set budgets for the Payroll segment.
Promote the development and growth of the Wealth Management Segment through acquisition and nourishing of Wealth customer’s relations via selling a value-adding financial advice for a portfolio of CIB Wealth Clients aiming to achieve the financial ambitions and aspirations of wealth customers faster and at a less cost.
To perform call back calls customers to ensure consent to apply, awareness of products’ basic features, benefits and pricing with the purpose of raising the quality of turned in applications. Review submitted documents & check I-Score to ensure minimum acceptance standards are met before submitting applications to the CAF. In addition to, coordinating between Sales channels and CAF with the purpose of raising quality of turned in applications.
To perform planned callouts communicating specific messages at key points during the customer relation with CIB and cross sell cards add-on products.
To search for new business opportunities in local market to deliver sales, through making outbound calls ( visits when needed) to describe bank’s products, explain the benefits of these products, in relevance to customer’s needs, and to answer customer’s questions to increase revenues and meet set targets

To ensure successful completion of assigned audit engagements, address any potential risks, deliver audit services in a timely and effective manner as well as develop sufficient communication with the Engagement Head with any raised issues in order to improve and enhance the overall operations.
