Responsibilities/Duties:
-Monitor employees’ database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc. in order to ensure an accurate database.
-Handle employees’ insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6 -Follow-up with employees’ contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate
-Manage & update employee’s files.
-Issue any necessary documents and reports required from official authorities (Labor and Social Insurance Offices) to ensure company compliance with labor and social insurance laws related to all personnel matters
-Create and maintain personnel records for each employee to keep the employee database system constantly updated
-Responsible for clearance forms and follow up process.

-Monitor all leaves (annual vacations. sick leaves. emergency leaves. unpaid leave. etc.) ensuring that relevant policies are adhered to.

One of our clients requires “a Systems Engineer”
Technical Responsibilities: –
– Conduct envisioning sessions.
– Develop initial design and recommendations and support in advanced design development.
– Review all redeployment requirements availability.
– Deployment and implementation of the components in their area of expertise.
– Testing, Fine-tuning and stabilizing the deployed systems.
– Documentation of implementation steps and configuration.
– Support in Presales Activities including POCs, Pilots, and Technical Proposal development.
Qualification & Experience:
– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
– Proven work experience in IT operations
– Expertise in supporting large-scale distributed systems
Skills:
– Good English.
– Able to work under stress.
– Customer Oriented.
– Good Communication Skills.
– Able to work on shift Basis.
– Working knowledge of operating systems; hardware servers and storage, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, and virtualization
– Technical Certification is a plus.
– Analytical Skills and attention to details.
– Self-motivation and willingness to learn.

Main responsibilities:
• Support users in network connections problem
• Make recommendations for any future upgrades (employees devices – IT Assets – Tools –Software’s …etc.
• Employee’s devices installation (H/W and S/W).
• Troubleshooting PCs daily problems (OS configurations, Drivers, Mail, printers and other applications).
• Maintain devices on site or through maintenance vendors and suppliers.
• Keep IT inventory up to date (laptops-screens-printers-#network equipment)
• Monitor devices activities (updates and antivirus status).
• Troubleshoot daily problems reported by users and analyze them, prepare cause reports.
Education:
• Bachelor of #Information Technology or #Computer Engineering .
Experience:
• From 0 to 2 Years practical total experience of computer hardware, software, maintenance, support, troubleshooting and networks.
•Linux knowledge.

We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist
Location: Misr El Gedida
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Response to queries runs diagnostic programs, isolates the problem
Primary responsibilities:
– Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
– Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
– Configure and troubleshoot Printers & scanners.
– Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
– Install and configure and troubleshoot Microsoft office & outlook
– Good knowledge about DC – NFS – DNS – ADDC
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related
1:3 year experience in the IT Helpdesk field
Strong MCSA & Office 365 Knowledge are must
CCNA & FortiGate are preferable
Very good command of English
