5-Review the monthly Invoicing after preparation by invoicing team and to be sure that the main scope and variations are invoiced separately .
6-Review the Drawings to validate weight and scope upon issuance of the drawings from Engineering.
7-To prepare a list of the potential claims/variations (those related
to qty or drawings complexity for each project.
8-Differentiate between the main scope and variations qty’s and to keep the proper supporting documents for each type.
9-To assign the proper Cost codes for each project and to check
the proper implementation from Engineering team.
10-Check supplier invoices and compare it with the claimed qty’s
from client.
11-Prepare the final quantifications and close the final PO value
with Project management department and client.
12-Attend client meeting for discussing the method of measurements for each project.

10-Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
11-Resbonsible for making termination procedures.

-Job Requirements:-

1-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
2-Experience from 1 to 3 years in Personnel
3-HR diploma or Certificate is mandatory
4-Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint)
