About the job:
– Ensure the implementation of the company HSE system and policies.
– Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
– Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations to improve audit scores.
– Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
– Participate in the Risk Assessment all specific jobs inside the plants for routine and non-routine jobs and ensure the implementation of the control controls.
– Ensure the timely reporting of all incidents, near misses, unsafe acts & conditions.
– Manage, train & mentor plants’ HSE technicians.
– Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
• BSc. in Engineering, or Science.

Main Job Duties:
1. Prepares the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
2. Issue monthly payroll pay slips
3. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
3. Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
4. Accountable for posting the allowances and penalties
5. Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
6. Track employees’ absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
7. Keeps employees hiring documents completed.
8. Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
9. Manage & update employee’s files.
10. Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
11. Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.

Job Requirements
1. Proven work experience at least 3 years in personnel & payroll
2. Bachelor’s Degree holder
3. Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
