Subcontracts Procurement Section Head
– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: New Cairo – 5th Settlement (HQ)

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
– Assign tasks to subordinates and regularly follow up on progress.
– Participate in plans setting to identify the priorities of Subcontractors.
– Contracts as per the projects time plan and budgeted cost.
– Create the hashtag#Subcontractors log and keep it updated.
– Sign the contracts with the selected subcontractors on time.
– Follow up the advance payment for them.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
– B.Sc. Civil or Arch Engineering graduates.
– Minimum 8 years of experience in hashtag#Construction Companies.
