NATCO is hiring:
Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Accountabilities:
1- Build a qualified pool of candidates and execute the recruitment and hiring full cycle: sourcing platforms management, job fairs, recruitment & selection, recruitment tests (content and updating), hiring process, applicant tracking documentation& analysis.
2- Execute the onboarding process for all new hires: employee files, HR induction (content and delivery), and welcome packs.
3- Participate in annual manpower planning exercise for budgeting purposes.
4- Participate at organization development activities such as updating Organization charts, job profiles, maintaining competency framework, and KPIs.

Qualifications:
3 to 4 Years of Experience.
HR Diploma is a must
