Product Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to develop product concepts and specifications.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and to assess the competitive landscape.
Lead the product development process, including defining product requirements, creating project timelines, and managing budget.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate product testing and validation activities and analyze feedback to drive product improvements.
Support product launch activities, including developing marketing collateral and training materials.
Monitor product performance and market feedback post-launch and recommend adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in product development or related role.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proven track record of bringing innovative products to market, from concept to commercialization.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools and processes is a plus.
