“Logistics Supervisor” is required in reputable Industrial Services Company located in Maadi.
Responsibilities
– Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
– Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
– Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, etc.).
– Manage supply chain procedures efficiently to maximize quality of delivery.
– Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, customers, etc.
– Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
– Follow purchase orders payment, physical goods receiving, storing, legalization, documentation, and data entry in different Work systems and applications.
– Making valuable deals with different service providers (Shipping agencies, transportation companies, insurance companies, etc.).
– Help and direct employees of logistics department in all work matters.
Requirements
– B. SC. in international transport and logistics, or relevant field.
– 5-7 years of experience.
– Experience in Air freight is amust.
– A strategic and analytical mind.
– Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
